Формування лідерських якостей молоді як необхідна умова розвитку держави

Abstract

У статті досліджуються формування лідерських якостей молоді, розвиток компетентних і активних спеціалістів, здатних приймати ефективні рішення, брати на себе відповідальність, правильно взаємодіяти з іншими людьми, працювати в команді. Розкрито багатоаспектність молодіжного лідерства. Розглянуто основні типи лідерства виходячи з суспільної діяльності: політичної, державної, підприємницької, громадської чи освітньої. Виокремлено два види лідерства, а саме: індивідуальне лідерство та інституційне що абсолютно корелюється з поділом будь-якої людської діяльності на індивідуальну та соціально-групову. Розкрито одну з теорій лідерства - «лідерство служіння» («servant leadership») та її основні принципи. У контексті дослідження молодіжного лідерства приділена увага моделі лідерських компетенцій М. Меткалфу, М. Морроу-Фоксу та С. Кеннона презентована авторами у збірнику «Leadership 2050». Розкрито базові принципи формування лідерських якостей у молоді, такі як :принцип наявності первинних потенційних задатків, принцип творення та активності, принцип змістовності та продуктивності навчання, принцип виховного навчання, принцип індивідуалізації та диференціації навчання, принцип перманентності та принцип самореалізації та рефлексії. Визначені основні модулі, які доцільно використовувати для розвитку лідерства у молоді за дослідженням Американської асоціації виховання та розвитку. Розроблені рекомендації щодо формування та актуалізації лідерських навичок молоді. The article deals with the formation of leadership skills of young people, the development of competent and active professionals who are able to make effective decisions, take responsibility, interact properly with other people, and work in a team. Different aspects of youth leadership are revealed. The main types of leadership based on social activities (political, state, business, public or educational) are examined. There are two types of leadership, namely individual leadership and institutional leadership. It is absolutely correlated with the division of any human activity into individual and socio-group one. One of the theories of leadership, “servant leadership”, and its basic principles are studied. In the context of the study of youth leadership, the author pays attention to the model of leadership competencies by M. Metcalf, M. Morrow-Fox and S. Cannon. It was presented in the book “Leadership 2050”. The basic principles of youth leadership are revealed. They are: the principle of primary potential, the principle of creation and activity, the principle of content and productivity of learning, the principle of educational learning, the principle of individual and differentiated learning, the principle of permanence, and the principle of self-realization and reflection. The author defines the main modules that should be used for the development of leadership of young people according to the study conducted by the American Association for Education and Development. Recommendations for the formation and updating of youth leadership skills have been developed.
