Аналіз формування та використання капіталу телекомунікаційного підприємства

Abstract

Статтю присвячено актуальним практичним питанням оцінки майнового стану підприємства та джерел його формування. Визначено, що для забезпечення ефективної фінансово-господарської діяльності необхідний об'єктивний та якісний фінансовий аналіз. У роботі використано дані фінансової звітності ПрАТ "Київстар", на основі яких було побудованор аналітичні таблиці для проведення вертикального, горизонтального аналізів та представлення відносних показників. Досліджено стан та ефективність використання основних засобів підприємства. Розкрито вплив структури капіталу на платоспроможність та фінансову стійкість підприємства. Розраховано ефект фінансового важеля, який показує вплив позикового капіталу підприємства на ефективність використання власного капіталу. На основі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновок, що формування і використання капіталу телекомунікаційного підприємства є ефективним. Водночас зафіксовано тенденцію до скорочення власного капіталу та зростання обсягу позичкового, що негативно впливає на платоспроможність та фінансову стійкість підприємства. The article is devoted to practical issues of assessing the property status of the enterprise and the sources of its formation. Equity is defined as the part of an enterprise's assets that remains after deducting liabilities. The indicators of efficiency of use of property of the enterprise, fixed capital and indicators of structure of sources of formation of the capital are investigated in the article. We analyzed statistical data of PJSC "Kyivstar" and used them enterprise were analyzed on the basis of which analytical tables in order to do the vertical and horizontal analyzes. We evaluated the effect of finance of its activities. Along with the growth of borrowed funds, there will also be an increase in the effect of financial leverage, which in turn will lead to an increased risk of non-repayment of funds to creditors. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the calculated basic coefficients meet the normative values, the structure of the balance sheet of the enterprise is satisfactory. At the same time, there is a tendency to reduce equity and increase borrowing. For creditors, the amount of equity is the most important indicator of corporate responsibility and stability of its financial and economic activities. As this company is reducing its equity, respectively, we can say that its market value is also declining. The decrease in equity is a negative trend and may indicate a decrease in the financial stability of the enterprise. Such consequences resulted in a decrease in the number of ordinary registered shares of PJSC "Kyivstar". The presence of a significant amount of borrowed capital can directly lead to a decline in the financial stability of the enterprise and reduce the stability of the company. As we can see, the company carries out themain part of its activity with the help of borrowed funds. Such actions can be both positive and negative. On the positive side, the use of borrowed funds allows to increase the financial potential of the enterprise and create an increase in return on equity. On the negative side, excessive borrowing can be a threat to an enterprise, causing it to lose solvency and overall financial stability.
