Адаптація структурно-функціонального підходу до діагностики безпеки інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства в умовах фінансових ризиків глобалізованої національної економіки

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання адаптації структурно-функціонального підходу до діагностики безпеки інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства в умовах фінансових ризиків глобалізованої національної економіки. Доведено, що діяльність із забезпечення економічної безпеки інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства дозволяє посилити аспект планової роботи, використовується для обгрунтування сукупності варіантів поведінки підприємства залежно від змін в умовах фінансових ризиків глобалізованої національної економіки. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що задачі економічної безпеки у стратегічному плануванні розвитку інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства полягають в оцінці безпеки за стратегічними альтернативами, дослідженні ризиків, факторів впливу на стратегію, узгодженні стратегії розвитку інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства з основами її життєдіяльності при формуванні кінцевої стратегії, діагностиці безпеки, врахуванні змін при коригуванні економічної стратегії. Визначено місце економічної безпеки у процедурі стратегічного планування розвитку інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства в умовах фінансових ризиків глобалізованої національної економіки. Сформовано матрицю визначення стратегії управління економічною безпекою інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства в умовах фінансових ризиків глобалізованої національної економіки. Запропоновано послідовність виконання домінантних завдань стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства в умовах фінансових ризиків глобалізованої національної економіки. Доведено, що конфігурація заходів політики гарантування економічної безпеки інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства визначається наявністю та особливостями зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз його життєдіяльності. З метою найбільш ефективної реалізації обраної стратегії безпеки на інноваційно орієнтованому підприємстві запропоновано розробити й впровадити систему планів. The article considers the issue of adaptation of the structural-functional approach to the diagnostics of security of innovation-oriented enterprise in the conditions of financial risks of the globalized national economy. It is proved that the activity of ensuring the economic security of innovation-oriented enterprise allows to strengthen the aspect of planned work, used to justify a set of options for the behavior of the enterprise depending on changes in financial risks of the globalized national economy. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the tasks of economic security in strategic planning of innovation-oriented enterprise are security assessment of strategic alternatives, risk research, factors influencing strategy, coordination of innovation strategy of innovation-oriented enterprise with the basics of its life in the final strategy, safety diagnostics, taking into account changes in adjusting economic strategy. The place of economic security in the procedure of strategic planning of development of innovation-oriented enterprise in the conditions of financial risks of globalized national economy is determined. The matrix of definition of strategy of management of economic safety of the innovation-oriented enterprise in the conditions of financial risks of the globalized national economy is formed. The sequence of fulfillment of the dominant tasks of the strategy of ensuring the economic security of the innovation – oriented enterprise in the conditions of financial risks of the globalized national economy is offered. It is proved that the configuration of policy measures to ensure the economic security of innovation-oriented enterprise is determined by the presence and features of external and internal threats to its life. It is proposed to consider economic efficiency as an internal characteristic of the security of innovation-oriented enterprise, but its full-fledged mechanism also requires guaranteeing security for each of its functional components, especially economic, intellectual, personnel and technical and technological. In order to most effectively implement the chosen security strategy in an innovation-oriented enterprise.
