Управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність логістичного управління та подано різні наукові трактування цього поняття. Виявлено фактори, які впливають на вибір логістичної стратегії підприємства. Визначено принципи організації логістичного управління, які спрямовані на задоволення потреб підприємства та досягнення стратегічних цілей. Сформовано основні логістичні блоки промислового підприємства. Проведено SWOT-аналіз ПАТ "АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг" та виявлено наявність потенціалу до нарощування виробничих потужностей та пошуку нових ринків збуту продукції власного виробництва. Виявлено проблеми в організації логістичних процесів підприємства. Проведено оцінку стану організації логістичної діяльності підприємства ПАТ "АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг". Встановлено, що основною причиною негативної динаміки рентабельності збутових каналів є ситуація з коронавірусною інфекцією, яка вплинула на обсяги виробництва та результати реалізації. Запропоновано здійснити розподіл логістичних функцій у двох напрямах: внутрішньої і зовнішньої логістики. Розроблено ряд заходів логістичного управління, які дозволять підвищити ефективність діяльності підприємства. The article is investigated the essence of logistic management and different scientific interpretations of this notion are presented. Factors that influence the choice of logistic strategy of the enterprise were identified. The principles of organization of logistic management are outlined, which are focused on satisfying the needs of the enterprise and achieving strategic goals. The main logistic blocks of the industrial enterprise were formed. The SWOT-analysis of PJSC " ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" was made and the presence of potential to increase production cap new markets for sales of own production products was revealed. It was noted that for the implementation of products of own production of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" are used: transport facilities of own logistic center; transport facilities of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia"; river transport. The problems in the organization of logistics processes of the enterprise are revealed, which cause additional financial losses due to violations of the terms of delivery of goods, idle production. It was found that an important component of the logistic system is to minimize costs for obtaining the maximum amount of profit in all spheres of activity of the company. The assessment of the state of organization of logistic activity of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" was carried out. It was found that the share of logistics costs in the overall structure of costs of the company grows during the survey period. This is due to an increase in investment in the purchase of trucking equipment and equipment for the transportation of workers between production sectors. It was found that the main reason for the negative dynamics of profitability of distribution channels is the situation with coronavirus infection, which affected the volume of production and the results of implementation. It was determined that the success of logistic activity directly depends on the quality of management decisions and available sources of financing logistic processes. It is suggested to divide logistic functions in two directions: internal and external logistic. It has developed a number of steps of logistic management, which allow to increase the efficiency of the company's activities. It is proposed to analyze the logistic component through the prism of the development of all financial and business activities of the enterprise, provided suggestions for using new methods of management of logistic activity in the enterprise in terms of transport costs management.
