Моделювання системи екологічного менеджменту інноваційно активних підприємств

Abstract

У статті розглянуто моделювання системи екологічного менеджменту інноваційно активних підприємств. Моделювання системи екологічного менеджменту інноваційно активних підприємств в контексті визначення ефективності кадрової політики, фінансово-кредитної та зовнішньоекономічної діяльності доцільно здійснювати з використанням інструментарію таксономічного аналізу. Зокрема, в процесі зазначеного моделювання доцільним є розрахунок: матриці спостереження; стандартизації даних; обрання стимуляторів та дестимуляторів; евклідової відстані; відстані між значенням чинників і еталоном; середньої відстані; середньоквадратичного відхилення; відхилення вектору об'єкту від еталону; загального показнику результату управління інноваційною активністю в контексті розвитку кадрової, фінансово-кредитної та зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Отже, з використанням інструментарію таксономічного оцінювання нами запропоновано моделювання системи екологічного менеджменту інноваційно активних підприємств для визначення ефективності кадрової політики, фінансово-кредитної та зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Результати розрахунку зазначеного моделювання дозволили визначити регіони лідери та аутсайдери за рівнем ефективності управління інноваційною активністю. Так, до регіонів лідерів віднесено м. Київ та Харківську область. У Луганській, Івано-Франківській та Донецькій областях існує потреба перегляду державної політики щодо управління інноваційною активністю в частині вироблення заходів з підтримки кадрової, фінансово-кредитної та зовнішньоекономічної політики. The article considers modeling of the environmental management system of innovatively active enterprises. modeling of the environmental management system of innovatively active enterprises in the context of determining the effectiveness of personnel policy, financial and credit and foreign economic activity should be carried out using the tools of taxonomic analysis. In particular, in the process of this modeling it is advisable to calculate: the observation matrix; data standardization; selection of stimulants and disincentives; Euclidean distance; the distance between the value of the factors and the standard; medium distance; standard deviation; deviation of the object vector from the standard; the general indicator of the result of management of innovation activity in the context of development of personnel, financial and credit and foreign economic activity. Therefore, using the tools of taxonomic assessment, we proposed modeling the environmental management system of innovative enterprises to determine the effectiveness of personnel policy, financial and credit and foreign economic activity. In determining the state priorities of entrepreneurship development, conditions should be created for the implementation of effective export activities by domestic producers: to provide targeted financial support to export-oriented enterprises working in the field of innovation; to involve the most famous domestic universities and research centers in the creation of innovations and assistance to business entities in this direction in order to enable the transfer of new technologies and the introduction of theoretical knowledge into world practice. The results of the calculation of this modeling allowed to determine the regions of leaders and outsiders by the level of efficiency of innovation activity management. Thus, the leaders' regions include Kyiv and Kharkiv region. In Luhansk, Ivano-Frankivsk and Donetsk oblasts, there is a need to review the state policy on innovation management in terms of developing measures to support personnel, financial and credit and foreign economic policy.
