Використання методу кейс-стаді при підготовці студентів землевпорядного профілю

Abstract

Метою статті є вивчення особливостей та переваг кейс-методу при підготовці студентів-зем левпорядників. В статті проаналізовано історію розвитку кейс-стаді методу більш, як за сторічний період. Обгрунтовано особливості використання методу кейс-стаді під час вивчення студентами зем левпорядного профілю таких дисциплін як "Планування розвитку територій", "Управління зе мельними ресурсами", "Земельні ресурси та розвиток агробізнесу" та "Інноваційно-інвестиц ійна діяльність в геодезії та землеустрої". З'ясовано, що основними переваги кейс-методу під час підготовки студентів-землевпоряд ників є такі конструктивні дії як оптимальне застосування теоретичних знань під час навчаль ної, виробничої та передкваліфікаційної практик, використання навичок ситуаційного аналізу під час аудиторних занять, розвиток аналітичних навичок, оцінка можливих альтернатив роз витку тієї чи іншої ситуації, налагодження комунікаційних зв'язків та командна робота, викори стання на практиці практико-орієнтованого підходу. During the research, it was indicated that there was a need to study and substantiate the features of the case study method during the training of land management students. This will ensure their productive and practice-oriented training. The importance of using the case study method is substantiated, the works of scientists who have studied this issue are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to study the features and advantages of the case method in the training of land surveyor students. The article studies the history of the case method. It is found that the case method has been actively implemented in the practice of foreign countries mainly for teaching natural and technical disciplines. The features of using the case method in the training of students of land management profile during the mastering of certain disciplines, such as "Territorial Development Planning", "Land Resources Management", "Land Resources and Agribusiness Development", "Innovative and Investment Activities in Geodesy and Land Management", are substantiated. It is indicated that the case study method manifests itself in the acquisition of skills in solving specific typical tasks and analytical situations in practice, which contributes to the implementation of professional skills. The advantages of the case method during the training of land surveyor students have been identified. It has been determined that they are the optimal application of theoretical knowledge during educational, industrial and pre-qualification practices, using situational analysis skills during classroom sessions, which will help choose the optimal solutions in a given situation, the development of analytical skills will allow you to correctly make certain decisions on problems and situations in the land management sector, as well as choose the most acceptable option, assessing possible alternatives for the development of a particular situation allows, thanks to a step-by-step plan, to reach well-founded decisions, establishing communication links and teamwork will allow for making correctly modeled management decisions that are beneficial to potential parties, and using a practice-oriented approach in practice will allow for implementing appropriate land management actions in practice.
