Особливості функціонування та створення інтернет-магазину

Abstract

У статті розглянуто головні причини популярності та основні аспекти визначення сутності Інтернет-магазину як основної форми ведення Інтернет-торгівлі. Наведені основні його характерні рис та інші особливості функціонування. Складено та проаналізовано рейтинг найпопулярніших маркетплейсів за кількістю відвідувань в Україні за січень та березень 2023 року. Розкрито структуру Інтернет-магазину як найбільш комплексної та складної в реалізації системи електронної комерції. Виділені основні завдання, котрі покликана вирішувати охарактеризована структура. Висвітлені варіанти побудови Інтернет-магазину залежно від моделі е-бізнесу. Визначені та коротко описані основні етапи створення Інтернет-магазину, які необхідні кожному власнику бізнесу при веденні online-бізнесу. Наведені основні критерії успішності вебсайту Інтернет-магазину та варіанти його розробки. Розкриті сучасні аспекти цінової політики з розробки сайтів Інтернет-магазинів "під ключ" та тарифні плани, котрі пропонують вебстудії України. In the digital age, the most common form of online business is an online store. The main reasons for this are quarantine restrictions, a full-scale enemy invasion of Ukraine, and the annual growth in the profitability of online businesses. An online store is a specialized website owned by a trading company, web studio, etc., and designed to promote consumer goods on the market, increase sales, and attract new customers. Its main features include a large number of products offered; a significant amount of information about purchases and a personalised approach to consumers; the convenience of market research; lower maintenance and management costs. All this makes the creation of an online store a profitable business development. In the ranking of the most popular services, the creation of online stores has now taken the first place In January 2023, the five most visited marketplaces in Ukraine included Olx.ua, Prom.ua, Tabletki.ua, Bigl.ua, and Hotline.ua. An online store is the most comprehensive and complex ecommerce system, with two components: front office and back office. They cover the main business processes of a trading company and ensure the fulfilment of all online trading tasks. Depending on the e-business model, there are two types of online store development: an online store and an offline business combined with an online store. Of course, stores of the second type have an advantage, since such a symbiosis provides new opportunities for business development. We have identified and described the main stages of creating an online store: choosing a business niche, a work plan for its creation, legal registration, development of the site structure, and design and optimisation of the site. These are the main steps that business owners should take into account when running an online business. In order to perform all functions and achieve success, an online store must meet certain criteria: attractive website design; relevant, in-demand products, complete information about them and quick search for them on the website; uninterrupted operation of the resource. Development specialists distinguish three options for developing an online store: from scratch, using a template, and using a CMS. Among the tariff plans offered by Ukrainian web studios are: economy — a website based on a template; business — an online store based on a template with advanced functionality and/or unique design; premium — individual technology from scratch. At the same time, the cost of their creation is formed taking into account the volume, complexity of work, time spent, etc., and may differ from one contractor to another. Thus, creating a successful and profitable online store is a rather long, complex, and expensive process that requires a lot of time, effort, and professionalism, as it is divided into several stages and has several options for website development. Thanks to this division, it is easier for entrepreneurs to know what actions and manipulations should be carried out at a particular time when running an online business.
