Глобальні тренди розвитку ринку інформаційних технологій та їх вплив на економіку України

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано роль інформаційних технологій у cучасній світовій системі господарства, а також поточний стан розвитку ринку як у світі, так і в Україні. Також, зазначається, що ступінь розвитку ринку інформаційних технологій є ефективним інструментом інтеграції країни до світового економічного простору внаслідок таких його характерних особливостей, як інтернаціоналізація, інвестиційна привабливість та наукомісткість. Описуються загальні тренди розвитку ринку інформаційних технологій які виділяють міжнародні консультаційні агентства та бізнес-організації. Такі тренди будуть слугувати каталізаторами економічного зростання у майбутньому та підвищувати ефективність процесів всередині економічних систем. Стаття пропонує розглянути регіональні особливості та тенденції розвитку інформаційних технологій, зокрема рівень цифровізації країн та готовності до її поглиблення використовуючи відповідний індекс — індекс мережевої готовності — показник, що характеризує рівень розвитку інформаційних технологій і ступінь цифровізації економік у країнах світу. Окреслено основні країни-лідери за ступенем мережевої готовності та місце України у системі цифрового розвитку. Висвітлено сильні та слабкі сторони вітчизняного ринку інформаційних технологій, а також перспективи та загрози розвитку, що доводить необхідність постійного дослідження й аналізу ринку на предмет відповідності світовим трендам та конкурентоспроможності. Виходячи із проаналізованого матеріалу cтаття резюмує, що інформаційні технології дедалі більше почнуть поглиблюватися та проникати не тільки у всі ланцюги операційної діяльності компаній, а й у життя населення. В свою чергу, роботизація та автоматизація бізнес-процесів використовуючи штучний інтелект має тільки посилити частку доданої вартості інформаційних технологій у структурі світового валового внутрішнього продукту (ВВП). The article analyzes the role and place of information technologies in the world economic system, the current state of market development both in the world and in Ukraine. Furthermore, it is noted that the degree of development of the information technology market is an effective tool for the country's integration into the global economic system due to its features such as internationalization, investment attractiveness and high intensity of research and development. Also, article describes generalized trends in the development of the information technology market that are outlined by international agencies and business organizations. Such global trends will serve as catalysts for economic growth in the future and increase the efficiency of processes within economic systems. The article proposes to consider regional characteristics and trends in the development of information technologies, in particular the level of digitization of countries and readiness for its deepening using the appropriate index — Networked Readiness Index — an international indicator that characterizes the level of development of information technologies and digitalization of economies of the world. The main leading countries by the degree of network readiness and the place of Ukraine in the system of digital development are outlined. Article gives the highlights of the strengths and weaknesses of the domestic information technology market, as well as the prospects and threats of its development which proves the need for constant research and analysis of the market for compliance with global trends and competitiveness. The article summarizes the analyzed material with the conclusion that it is worth highlighting that information technologies will continue to deepen and penetrate not only into all chains of operational activity of companies, but also into the lives of the population. Specifically, robotization and automation of business processes using artificial intelligence should robustly increase the share of added value of information technologies in the structure of world Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
