Ключові закономірності трансформації процесів в туристичній індустрії

Abstract

У статті розглянуто трансформацію процесів, яка відбувається в туристичній індустрії України з точки зору проходження шляху європейських країн та виявлення окремих закономірностей, що мали місце на західному ринку туристичних послуг. Визначено закономірності трансформації процесів в туристичної індустрії, серед яких ключовими виступають: глобалізація, яка робить відстані відносно незначним фактором, оскільки вона встановлює міжміські економічні, комерційні, політичні та соціокультурні відносини; освіта і підготовка в галузі туризму, що розглядається як розвиток навичок для задоволення потреб різних зацікавлених сторін у сфері туризму,як партнерство між галуззю та постачальниками освіти, де кожен з них відіграє додаткову роль; культурне, національне та етнічне різноманіття, що все більше стає основною ознакою робочої сили у світовій туристичній індустрії; вплив інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, які змінили способи організації та управління туристичною індустрією. The article examines the transformation of processes taking place in the tourism industry of Ukraine from the point of view of following the path of European countries and identifying certain patterns that have taken place in the Western market of tourist services. The patterns of process transformation in the tourism industry have been determined. It is proved that globalization plays the main role among the key regularities. It makes distance a relatively minor factor as it establishes inter-city economic, commercial, political and socio-cultural relations. Another important manifestation of globalization is highlighted — the growth of the power of global business corporations in the field of tourism, which adhere to the strategy of global expansion. Globalization of business firms in the field of tourism has a number of consequences for human resource management. Knowledge and skilled workers will become increasingly mobile, so recruitment will be from a global pool rather than a national or local one. Employers who are unable to provide competitive packages will face a growing shortage of these types of workers. Jobseekers in the field of tourism, persons who do not have professional training, are often excluded from employment opportunities. It found that tourism education and training is seen as developing skills to meet the needs of various tourism stakeholders, as a partnership between the industry and education providers, where each plays a complementary role. The degree of their participation depends on the goals and level of training, as well as on the system in which such training is located. It demonstrates how cultural, national and ethnic diversity is increasingly becoming a key feature of the workforce in the global tourism industry. The main challenge is the need to manage a culturally heterogeneous workforce. The impact of information and communication technologies, which have changed the ways of organizing and managing the tourism industry, is revealed. The use of information and communication technologies can help tourism destinations strengthen their ability to compete with other destinations and respond to market forces. As for human resource management, information and communication technologies can help managers implement new processes and organizational structures.
