Аксіологічні пошуки моделі освіти майбутньої України

Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the most relevant topics of today – the current and future state of education in the World, in particular in Ukraine. The author presents the characteristics of various educational schemes popular in Europe and America, tells the background of their formation. She mentions the Bologna system of education introduced in Ukraine, and also reflects on the future choice of an educational model in Ukraine after the war. Considerable attention is paid to the educational activities of UNESCO, which actively supported the idea of introducing the Bologna process into the educational system of European universities. This specified system was also implemented in Ukraine, but it did not achieve the expected positive results. There are other educational models of education that have proven themselves positively: the Humboldt, Newman, French, etc. After the collapse of the Soviet Union Ukrainians authorities of education did not think about the educational future process. However, the interesting Bologna option, which was adopted in Ukraine in a hurry, turned this out to be a mixed scheme with the former Soviet system. Now Ukraine is in the war. But it is necessary to think about the future development of education in Ukraine, and already today to develop our own model of education, taking into accounts the positive components of known advanced educational technologies, in particular, the Bologna process. What model of education system will Ukraine choose when building a new state? Educationists, teachers and methodologists are obliged to prepare such a model, not officials from above. The educators will have the ready some schemes and systems of new education for the new Ukraine after the war. Стаття присвячена одній з найактуальніших тем сьогодення – сучасному і майбутньому стану освіти в світі і, зокрема, в Україні. Авторка подає характеристики різнопланових освітніх схем, популярних в Європі і Америці, розповідає передісторію їх становлення. Згадує про Болонську систему освіти, запроваджену в Україні, а також розмірковує про майбутній вибір освітньої моделі в Україні після війни. Значна увага при цьому приділена освітній діяльності ЮНЕСКО. Нагадаємо, що ця міжнародна організація з науки, культури і освіти активно підтримала ідею впровадження Болонського процесу в освітню систему європейських освітніх інституцій. Зазначена система була запроваджена і в Україні. Відомо, що існують й інші освітні моделі, що себе позитивно зарекомендували: такі система освіти, як Гумбальдтовська, Ньюменовська, Французька (Наполеонівська), Американська тощо. І після розвалу радянського союзу керівництво української держави не мало часу розмірковувати щодо майбутнього освітнього процесу. В результаті цікавий Болонський варіант, що був прийнятий в Україні поспіхом і без відповідної підготовки, виявився змішаною схемою з колишньою радянською системою освіти. Враховуючи сучасний воєнний стан, який так чи інакше завершиться, необхідно замислитись про майбутній розвиток освіти в Україні. І вже сьогодні виробити власну модель освіти із врахуванням руйнівних наслідків війни і позитивних складових відомих передових освітніх технологій, зокрема і Болонського процесу.
