Проєктування інформаційно-організаційних ресурсів фінансового потенціалу виробничого підприємства

Abstract

Аналіз підсистеми ресурсного забезпечення фінансового потенціалу вітчизняних виробничих підприємств виявляє потребу в її удосконаленні. Це зумовлене проблемами організації руху ресурсів, регламентування ресурсного обміну та відповідальності за рух ресурсів. Таке становище пов'язане з недосконалим інформаційним та організаційним забезпеченням фінансового потенціалу виробничого підприємства. Відтак, у межах дослідження проєктування ресурсного забезпечення зосереджено на процесі створення прототипу інформаційно-організаційних ресурсів у визначеній площині. Результати дослідження базуються на аксіомі за якою створення прототипу (прообразу) інформаційно-організаційних ресурсів фінансового потенціалу має базуватися на чинному підході до конкретизації потреб в інформаційних та організаційних ресурсах виробничого підприємства. Доведено, що конкретизація потреб в інформаційних та організаційних ресурсах надає можливість стверджувати, що інформаційні ресурси в цій площині є синтезом внутрішніх, зовнішніх та довідкових складових, а організаційні ресурси — синтезом функціональних та ієрархічних складових. У межах дослідження проілюстровано, що попри спільні риси, загальний формат прообразу інформаційно-організаційних ресурсів фінансового потенціалу набуває специфічності, залежно від застосовуваного інструментарію фінансового управління. При цьому зміна інструментарію завжди призводить до трансформацій інформаційно-організаційних ресурсів та, відповідно, формування нової форми реалізації управлінської діяльності, оновлення засобів отримання та обробки інформації, трансформації ієрархічної складової організаційної структури фінансового управління, процесів інтеграції та диверсифікації. Перспективи подальших розвідок у даному напрямі полягають у визначенні шляху оптимізації підсистем ресурсного забезпечення фінансового потенціалу вітчизняних виробничих підприємств. Analysis of the subsystem of resource provision of the financial potential of domestic production enterprises reveals the need for its improvement. This is due to general problems in the organization of resource flow, regulation of resource exchange, and responsibility for resource flow. Thus, within the framework of the research of the resource provider is focused on the process of prototype creation, the information-organizational resources of the financial potential of the production enterprise are being prototyped. Therefore, the research is aimed at the creation of information and organizational resources for the financial potential of the production enterprise. The results of the research were based on the axiom of what prototype creation, informational and organizational resources of financial potential should be based on the existing approach to the concrete needs in information and organizational resources of the production enterprise. The authors have proved that the specification of the needs in information and organizational resources of the financial potential of the production enterprise provides an opportunity to assert that information resources in this area should be investigated as a synthesis of internal, external, and reference resources, and organizational resources as a synthesis of functional and hierarchical resources. Within the framework of the research, it is illustrated that despite the common features the general format of informational and organizational resources of the financial potential of production enterprises acquires specificity depending on the applied tools of financial management. At the same time, the change of financial management instruments always leads to the transformation of informational and organizational resources and, accordingly: formation of a new form of management activity realization; updating of means of receiving and processing information; transformation of the hierarchical component of the organizational structure of financial management into a new one; processes of integration and diversification. The prospects of further developments in this direction lie in the determination of optimization way the subsystem of resource provision of the financial potential of domestic production enterprises based on the introduction of a balanced scorecard in the practice of financial management.
