Інноваційні засади розвитку ефективної зайнятості

Abstract

Досліджено процеси підвищення ефективності сфери зайнятості та національної економіки загалом на основі технологічного оновлення виробництва, стимулювання запровадження інновацій в усіх сферах життєдіяльності, спрямованих на забезпечення зростання конкурентоспроможності національної робочої сили та, як наслідок, виготовленої продукції. Обгрунтовано, що втілення цих завдань пов'язане зі ступенем готовності економіки та суспільства до фундаментальних змін соціально-економічних відносин. Виявлено, що такі процеси зумовлюють необхідність системних змін у сфері зайнятості населення, що спрямовані на підвищення конкурентоспроможності робочої сили. Доведено, що трансформаційні перетворення у сфері зайнятості населення призводять до посилення ролі творчих компонентів у змісті та характері праці, що визначають особливості розвитку сфери соціально-трудових відносин, сприяючи формуванню ефективної зайнятості. The processes of increasing the efficiency of the employment sphere and the national economy in general on the basis of technological renewal of production, stimulating the introduction of innovations in all spheres of life, aimed at ensuring the growth of the competitiveness of the national workforce and, as a result, manufactured products, are considered. It is substantiated that the implementation of these tasks is related to the degree of readiness of the economy and society for transformational and modernizing changes in socio-economic relations. It was found that this, in turn, necessitates systemic changes in the employment sector aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the workforce. It is proven that transformational changes in the sphere of employment of the population lead to the strengthening of the role of creative components in the content and nature of work, which determines the peculiarities of the development of the sphere of social and labor relations, contributing to the formation of effective employment. It has been studied that innovative factors are important for ensuring effective employment, which directly affect the strengthening of innovativeness of the economy as a whole. It is substantiated that the use of new technologies, establishment of cooperation between educational institutions and production are important parameters of effective employment. It has been investigated that without the proper quality of education, the system of personnel retraining, and high-quality management, the transition of the economy to innovative foundations is impossible. It was revealed that the prerequisites for the development of effective employment are the transformation of subjects, means and results of work into more intellectual and information-intensive ones, which will contribute to the growth of labor productivity and give the employee the opportunity to generate new ideas in the work process, will contribute to the development of the employee and the transformation of creative activity and innovation into the main factor of progress. It has been proven that the socialization of capital and its reproduction, the formation of innovative behavior, ensures the dynamism of the economic environment and causes the emergence of labor practices on an innovative basis.
