Abstract

Дослідження екологічної безпеки як невід'ємної частини національної безпеки — відносно нова галузь, яка стала актуальною в глобалізованому світі. В умовах сучасного суспільного розвитку одним із пріоритетів національних інтересів України є забезпечення громадян і суспільства екологічно та технологічно безпечними умовами життя, охороною та відновленням навколишнього природного середовища. Як універсальної системи життєдіяльності людини, охорона та відновлення навколишнього середовища стали найважливішим завданням охорони генофонду та перспектив економічного та соціального розвитку українського народу. Однією з найважливіших умов сталого і пропорційного розвитку країни є вирішення проблеми забруднення навколишнього середовища, недотримання яких загрожує економічній та екологічній безпекам. Важливість екологічної безпеки потребує нових методів оцінки, наукових і обгрунтованих екологічних проблем, економічного та статистичного аналізу, прогнозування загроз, моделювання та прогнозування ризиків втручання суб'єктів господарювання та охорони навколишнього середовища. The relevance of the topic of work plowed by us is due, on the one hand, to great interest in modern science, on the other hand, its lack of development.Environmental situation in which it is necessary to function in a modern economy, raises the need for a comprehensive consideration of economic problemsin terms of environmental requirements and, conversely, environment from an angle of view of the requirements of economic development.This is explain practical and theoretical actuality of theme. Consisting of management ecological safety of modern operating of domestic enterprises conditions is on the initial stage of forming of mechanism of its providing.Analysis of nature management, environmental management and environmental activities of enterprises in Ukraine revealed the urgent need for the immediate formation of a clear mechanism environmentally safe development based on improvement and transformation the existing legislative and regulatory framework of the state environmental regulation, environmental management systems of enterprises, comprehensive taking into account the environmental factor in all aspects of production activities. A positive solution to environmental problems for any state depends, first of all, on the implementation of effective mechanisms for regulating environmental safety. Environmental safety research as an integral part of national security is a relatively new industry that has become relevant in a globalized world. In the context of modern social development, one of the priorities of Ukraine's national interests is to ensureand society with environmentally and technologically safe living conditions, protection and restoration of the environment. As a universal human life system, environmental protection and restoration have become the most important taskprotection of the gene pool and prospects of economic and social development of the Ukrainian people. One of the most important conditions for sustainable and proportional development of the country is to solve the problem of environmental pollution,non-compliance with which threatens economic and environmental safety. Environmental issues safety, reducing the impact of enterprises' activities on the environment and ensuring their economic safetyare some of the most relevant issues of our time. Enterprise and their stakeholders carry out their activities not in the natural, but in the man-made environment created by these enterprises, that in turn, produces more and more threats and dangers to their functioning and development. Therefore, the study of environmental safety is extremely important. The importance of environmental safety requires new methods of assessment, scientific and substantiated environmental problems, economic and statistical analysis, threat forecasting, modeling and forecasting of risks of intervention of business entities and environmental protection.
