Сьогодні кожен документ – це частина інформаційних ресурсів, більше того він є виробленим ресурсом, свідоцтвом діяльності організацій і джерелом інформації про ділові процеси, а якість інформації визначає якість роботи підприємства. Архів, як структурна ланка здатен збільшити ефективність управління малим, середнім або великим бізнесом, що потребує, у свою чергу, вдосконалення роботи з документами, так як все управління базується на роботі з інформацією.
