Інформаційне суспільство: амбівалентність динаміки розвитку

Abstract

У статті продемонстровано, що у сучасному суспільстві проявляються реалії у вигляді «нормальних аварій». Виділені декілька найбільш ілюстративних амбівалентних тенденцій сучасного соціального розвитку, що проявилися у різних аспектах людської діяльності і є «нормальними аваріями». Обґрунтовується, що сучасні мережеві комунікації відрізняються нелінійністю, відсутністю центру та ієрархії, що впливає на динаміку суспільства. The article focuses on the fact that with the advent of a new type of society its structure and the structure of social relations will undergo serious changes. This is due to the new ways of social interaction, based on the appearance and introduction of new information technologies. Virtual reality, which is constructed with the help of computer technology and global communication Internet, adds a new dimension to social relations. The process of virtualization of society contributes to the emergence of new, or the modification of existing social practices, which in turn causes the reaction to them by the public, whereby new behavioral, communicative algorithms. The aim of this work is to identify and explore the most significant indicators of the ambivalence of the dynamics of the development of the information society. It is shown that modern society is experiencing large-scale structural and functional changes, evidence of which serve as the systemic crises of global significance, the protest movement and staged to network communication conflicts, the spread of radical ideologies and extremist. Increasing instability and vulnerability are complicated and increase in number, referring to the functionality of both traditional and modern network communications. Clashes of traditional forms of sociality and new realities that are radically different from them, including virtual reality. Demonstrated that in modern society, manifested reality in the form of «normal accidents» ‒ the new social vulnerabilities of potential disasters and accidents that are a consequence of the growing interaction between humans and complex technical systems. Selected illustrative few of the most controversial trends of modern social development, manifested in various aspects of human activity and are «normal accidents». It is proved that Modern communication network are nonlinearity, absence of center and hierarchy. So, the Internet in modern society is gradually transformed into a space of proliferation of new communicative practices that shape adequate cultural patterns of the interactions. This creates the characteristic style of life, forms a special type of personality that can affect the dynamics of society. This saves the traditional types of sociality and not all individuals are ready to network their communications.
