Концептуальні засади професіоналізації державних службовців: історико-філософський аналіз проблеми прокрастинації

Abstract

Статтю присвячено визначенню сутності прокрастинації як психологічного терміну, в процесі професіоналізації державних службовців. У результаті аналізу наукових джерел зроблений історико-філософський аналіз проблеми прокрастинації. Автором статті наголошено на різних підходах до визначення терміну поведінка. Зокрема поведінку він розглядає як сукупність послідовних учинків або як систему дій людини, як практичну, реальну або реалізовану дію, яка, передусім, є різновидом поведінки, осмисленим комплексом учинків. Також на думку автора вона є процесом зміни станів певних істот, що відповідає їхній внутрішній природі як цілому, або здатністю біологічних індивідів у певний спосіб “тримати” себе, надавати своїй взаємодії з середовищем сталих рис. А іноді вона виступає як осмислена людська характеристика, як здатність до саморегуляції означає спосіб існування, активним чинником якого є усвідомлений волевиявлення самого суб’єкта. Зокрема у статті розглянуті актуальні наукові підходи до визначення термінів. Представлення авторська позиція щодо визначення сутності прокрастинації, як процесу добровільного зволікання виконання важливих справ, у зв’язку з нерозвиненістю вольової поведінки особистості.. The article is devoted to defining the essence of procrastination as a psychological term in the process of professionalization of civil servants. As a result of the analysis of scientific sources, a historical and philosophical analysis of the problem of procrastination was made. Having analyzed the author's visions of the term "procrastination", we can conclude that there are concepts close to it in content, such as: procrastination, snooze, avoidance, delay, disorder, unmanageability, laziness, boredom, rest, etc. Often, procrastination is manifested in activity, the result of which is very important to the individual. In this context, it is different from laziness and boreoutat work or while studying, resting. The author aims to investigate the development of theoretical concepts of procrastination, to determine its distinguishing features, determinants and dynamics. All this has found its practical expression in the desire to characterize the concept of "procrastination"; to reconstruct the understanding of procrastination. Today, the understanding of what procrastination is like is equated with activity, the result of which is crucial to man. This distinguishes them significantly between laziness and boreout, as well as at work or during training and rest. In particular, the article deals with current scientific approaches to the definition of terms. The submission is the author's position regarding the definition of the essence of procrastination as a process of voluntarily delaying the execution of important cases in connection with the underdeveloped willful behavior of the individual.
