Екологічна політика у трансформації системи міжнародних відносин

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню екологічної політики у трансформації системи міжнародних відносин. Систематизовано праці вчених, які досліджували екологічну політику у національному та глобальному вимірах. Проаналізовано розвиток ідей про глобальну екологічну політику та визначено політичні аспекти глобальної екологічної кризи. Досліджено форми і методи реалізації екологічної політики у міжнародних відносинах. Виокремлено інструменти управління екологічною ситуацією в політиці держав «Великої двадцятки» (G20). Проаналізовано правові засади врегулювання екологічних проблем в діяльності ООН. Вивчено діяльність міжнародних установ, національних держав, урядових та неурядових організацій як суб’єктів екологічної політики. Проаналізовано екологічну політику України в системі міжнародних відносин. З’ясовано основні тенденції створення ефективної системи захисту вітчизняного навколишнього середовища. Виокремлено пріоритетні напрями стабілізації екологічної ситуації в Україні. Досліджено участь України у новітніх проектах та програмах зі створення глобальної системи екологічної безпеки. The thesis is devoted to the study of environmental policy in the transformation of the system of international relations. The works of scientists who studied environmental policy at the national and 18 global dimensions are systematized. It analyzes the development of ideas on global environmental policy and identifies the political dimensions of the global environmental crisis. The forms and methods of implementation of environmental policy in international relations are also explored. Tools for managing the environmental situation in the states of Group of Twenty are also outlined. The legal basis for the environmental issues settlement in UN activities is analyzed in thesis. It also studies the activities of international agencies, national States, governmental and non-governmental organizations as actors of environmental policy. The process of implementing Ukraine's environmental policy in the system of international relations has been studied. The basic tendencies of formation of an effective system of protection of the domestic environment are revealed. Priority directions of the ecological situation stabilization in Ukraine are highlighted. Ukraine's participation in the latest projects and programs for the creation of a global environmental safety system has been studied.
