Розвиток космічної галузі в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджується сучасний стан, тенденції та перспективи розвитку вітчизняної космічної галузі. Доведено, що космічна діяльність є частиною економічної діяльності та пов'язана зі створенням і експлуатацією космічних систем різного призначення, включаючи науково-технічні, організаційні та економічні аспекти. Нині актуальним питанням є подальший розвиток космічної галузі, оскільки вона займає пріоритетне місце в економіці кожної країни, забезпечує престижну позицію держави на міжнародному ринку космічних технологій та є двигуном для наукових досліджень та передових технологій. Визначено основні тенденції, що притаманні розвитку світової космічної галузі, а саме: приватизація космосу, комерціалізація космічної діяльності та процеси інтернаціоналізації. Доведено, що головними питаннями подальшого розвитку вітчизняної космічної галуз є: формування ефективної державної космічної політики та розбудова структури управління підприємствами цього стратегічного сектору. На сучасному етапі космічна діяльність та її науково-виробнича база вже стали природно функціонуючою галуззю глобальної економіки, що підпорядковується універсальним закономірностям та тенденціям розвитку. В свою чергу світовий космічний ринок є крупним сегментом світового ринку високих технологій, який швидко розвивається. В статті проаналізовано основні результати космічної галузі України. Визначено, що останнім часом вітчизняна космічна галузь взяла курс на міжнародну співпрацю, оскільки саме міжнародна співпраця приведе Україну до реалізації майбутніх програм та проєктів. Розглянуто ключові заходи розвитку участі приватного сектору в вітчизняній космічній галузі, визначено його основні функції. Важливим фактором забезпечення національної безпеки є космічна галузь, яка сприяє вирішенню низки науково-технічних та соціально-економічних проблем, а також відіграє значну роль у забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку й завоюванні міжнародного престижу. Вибір пріоритетних напрямів та поєднання наукового, матеріального й фінансового потенціалу є важливою умовою забезпечення ефективного науково-технічного прогресу космічної галузі України. Головним інструментом, що сприятиме розвитку космічної галузі України та сприятливо вплине на довгостроковий економічних розвиток України є підтримка з боку держави, зокрема, вдосконалення державного регулювання космічної галузі. The article examines the current state, trends and prospects for the development of the domestic space industry. It has been proven that space activities are part of economic activities and are related to the creation and operation of space systems for various purposes, including scientific, technical, organizational and economic aspects. Currently, the topical issue is the further development of the space industry, as it ranks high in the economy of each country, provides a prestigious position of the state in the international space technology market and is the engine for research and advanced technologies. The main tendencies inherent in the development of the world space industry are identified, namely: privatization of space, commercialization of space activities and processes of internationalization. It is proved that the main issues of further development of the domestic space industry are: the formation of an effective state space policy and the development of the management structure of enterprises in this strategic sector. At the present stage, space activities and their research and production base have already become a naturally functioning branch of the global economy, subject to universal laws and trends. In turn, the global space market is a major segment of the global high-tech market, which is developing rapidly. The main results of the space industry of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. It is determined that recently the domestic space industry has set a course for international cooperation, as it is international cooperation that will lead Ukraine to the implementation of future programs and projects. The key measures for the development of private sector participation in the domestic space industry are considered, its main functions are identified. An important factor in ensuring national security is the space industry, which contributes to solving a number of scientific, technical and socio-economic problems, as well as plays a significant role in ensuring innovative development and gaining international prestige. The choice of priority areas and the combination of scientific, material and financial potential is an important condition for ensuring effective scientific and technological progress of the space industry of Ukraine. The main tool that will promote the development of the space industry of Ukraine and have a positive impact on the long-term economic development of Ukraine is the support of the state, in particular, the improvement of state regulation of the space industry.
