Сучасні проблеми управління інноваційно-активними підприємствами : досвід України та ЄС

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми управління інноваційно-активними підприємствами у сучасному глобалізованому суспільстві. Проаналізовано внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, які перешкоджають ефективному здійсненню інноваційної діяльності на підприємствах за сучасних умов. Визначено основні сучасні проблеми в управлінні інноваційно-активними підприємствами. Встановлено, що для ліквідації відставання в інноваційному розвитку українських підприємств, порівняно з європейськими підприємствами, необхідно сформувати значну кількість підприємств, які використовують інноваційні технології на основі таких принципів, як принцип інтегрованості інноваційних проєктів та бізнес-процесів, принцип збалансованості інноваційної діяльності та принцип безперервності та системності. Визначено, що формування ефективної системи управління інноваційно-активним підприємством базується на таких чинниках: задоволення індивідуальних потреб та асекурація зацікавленості співробітників у найкращих кінцевих результатах роботи; збільшення прибутків компанії; масштабне застосування провідних досягнень науково-технічного прогресу. Встановлено, що застосування інформаційних та інноваційних технологій для вирішення проблем управління інноваційно-активними підприємствами сприяє підвищенню прибутковості діяльності та економічному зростанню суб'єктів господарювання. Інформаційні та інноваційні технології являються інструментом управління, який служить для координації і контролю ходу бізнес-процесів в роботі підприємства. Щоб інноваційні технології управління діяли найефективніше, необхідно проводити відповідні зміни всієї системи управління, які повинні включати в себе і вдосконалення організаційної структури підприємства та впровадження процесного підходу до управління. Забезпечення раціонального вибору адекватного для конкретного підприємства програмного продукту для автоматизації управлінських процедур та ефективне його використання у процесі обробки даних дозволяє забезпечити підприємству: здійснення внутрішнього контролю інформації; зменшення ручної праці; підвищення якості та ефективності роботи штатних працівників; вдосконалення процесу організації управління, що у сукупності сприяє удосконаленню системи менеджменту, підвищенню рентабельності та економічному зростанню підприємства. The article examines the problems of management of innovative enterprises in today's globalized society. The internal and external factors that hinder the effective implementation of innovative activities in enterprises under modern conditions are analyzed. The main current problems in the management of innovative enterprises are identified. It is established that to eliminate the gap in the innovative development of Ukrainian enterprises compared to European enterprises, it is necessary to form a significant number of enterprises that use innovative technologies based on such principles as the principle of integration of innovative projects and business processes. It is determined that the formation of an effective management system of innovative and active enterprise is based on such factors as: meeting individual needs and securing the interest of employees in the best end results; increase the company's profits; large-scale application of the leading achievements of scientific and technological progress. It is established that the use of information and innovation technologies to solve the problems of management of innovation-active enterprises helps to increase profitability and economic growth of economic entities. Information and innovation technologies are a management tool that serves to coordinate and control the progress of business processes in the enterprise. For innovative management technologies to work most effectively, it is necessary to make appropriate changes to the entire management system, which should include improving the organizational structure of the enterprise and the implementation of a process approach to management. Ensuring the rational choice of adequate for a particular enterprise software product to automate management procedures and its effective use in the data processing process allows the company to: implement internal control of information; reduction of manual labor; improving the quality and efficiency of staff; improving the process of organizing management, which together contributes to improving the management system, increase profitability and economic growth of the enterprise.
