Страхові екосистеми в умовах пандемії

Abstract

У статті визначено, що страхова екосистема є різновидом фінансових екосистем. Досліджено, що страхові екосистеми розвиваються у площині впливу технологічної (блокчейн, великі дані, штучний інтелект та ін.) та економічної складових. Виявлено, що створення страхових екосистем передбачає формування конкурентної стратегії поведінки на фінансовому ринку оферентів страхових послуг. Перевагами функціонування страхових екосистем є надання супутніх послуг, застосування мережевих ефектів, об'єднання даних у сервісах. Доведено, що перехід оферентів страхових послуг до цифрових екосистем передбачає їх трансформацію з агрегатора ризиків до побудови партнерських відносин із учасниками внутрішнього та зовнішнього інституційного середовища страхового ринку. Визначено, що пандемія Сovid-19 стала підгрунтям для пришвидшення формування страхових екосистем внаслідок структурних зрушень на страховому ринку. The article defines that the insurance ecosystem is a kind of financial ecosystem. Insurance ecosystems are developing in the plane of influence of technological and economic components. It is revealed that the insurance ecosystems creation involves the formation of a competitive strategy of behavior in the financial market of insurance service providers. The use of FinTech tools (artificial intelligence, big data, telematics, internet, biometrics, blockchain), which connect all participants in the ecosystem, plays a crucial role in the insurance ecosystems functioning and the needs of the insurance market itself are a powerful factor influencing the formation of insurance ecosystems. Participants in the insurance ecosystem are basic institutions (insurance companies, InsurTech startups, BigTech firms), institutes of insurance and non-insurance infrastructure, consumers of insurance services, experts, institutes of state regulation and self-regulatory organizations. The tasks of insurance ecosystems are to increase the functionality of the insurance services market, attract new customers to consume insurance services, increase the personification of insurance services. The advantages of the insurance ecosystems functioning are provision of related services, application of network effects, integration of data in services. The pandemic, despite creating challenges for the insurance sector, is accelerating its digital transformation, driving innovation into existing insurance products and creating new offerings. It is proved that the transition of insurance service providers to digital ecosystems involves their transformation from a risk aggregator to building partnerships with participants in the internal and external institutional environment of the insurance market. The orientation of insurers to participate in the ecosystem may contribute to the diffusion of insurers' services in related and completely new areas of business. It is determined that the Covid-19 pandemic became the basis for accelerating the formation of insurance ecosystems due to structural changes in the insurance market.
