The investigation was conducted in Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University in 2016–2018. 364 students of the faculty of physical education took part in the investigation. The students were tested through the next exercises: for male students – 100-m race, pull-ups, 3000-m race; for female students – 100-m race, push-ups, 2000-m race.
