Публічне управління гуманітарною сферою України в контексті вікових кластерів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості публічного управління в гуманітарній сфері для різних вікових періодів. Уточнено зміст основних дефініцій: публічне управління, гуманітарна сфера, вікові кластери. Проаналізовано погляди різних вчених на трактування визначених понять та встановлено, що модернізація системи публічного управління та трансформаційні процеси в гуманітарній сфери поглиблюються у зв’язку з процесами глобалізації, інформатизації, інтеграції, уніфікації. Описано характерні риси та напрями діяльності публічного управління в освітній діяльності різних рівнів. Встановлено, що для кожного вікового періоду характерні свої особливості публічного управління, що пов’язані з потребами особистості, її орієнтирами, запитами. Охарактеризовано спільні та відмінні ознаки публічного управління відповідно до психолого-соціальних особливостей, що переважають у певних вікових кластерах. Визначено основні напрями удосконалення публічного управління на різних етапах вікової періодизації.

The article examines the peculiarities of public administration in the humanitarian sphere for diff erentage periods. The content of the main definitions has been clarified: public administration, humanitarian sphere, age clusters. The views of various scientists on the interpretation of certain concepts were analyzed and it was established that the modernization of the public administration system and transformational processes in the humanitarian sphere are deepening in connection with the processes of globalization, informatization, integration, and unifi cation. Characteristic features and areas of activity of public administration in educational activities at diff erent-levels are described. It was established that each age period has its own characteristics of public administration, which are related to the needs of the individual, his or her orientations, requests. Common and distinctive features of public administration are characterized in accordance with the psychological and social characteristics prevailing in certain age clusters. The main directions of improvement of public administration at diff erent stages of age periodization are determined.
