Abstract

В статті розглянуто формування інтелектуального потенціалу підприємства в контексті структурних змін та необхідності створення нових стратегій розвитку, впровадження та активізації інноваційних процесів, які є невід'ємною частиною процесу подолання наслідків, які спричинені кризовими явищами, та визначають необхідність створення нових систем, а також вдосконалення механізмів управління підприємства. Розкрито сутність поняття "інтелектуального потенціалу" підприємства, основні характеристики, структуру та бар'єри, які постають на шляху до успішної реалізації системи цілей інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Саме успішність подолання даних бар'єрів буде свідчити про ефективність інноваційного політки підприємства. Сучасні умови функціонування інноваційно-активно го підприємництва вимагають створення адекватного економічного та організаційного забезпечення процесу формування інноваційного потенціалу підприємств, що забезпечує розвиток кадрового потенціалу, договірної та фінансової діяльності. The article examines the formation of the intellectual potential of the enterprise in the context of structural changes and the need to create new strategies for development, implementation and activation of innovative processes, which are an integral part of the process of overcoming the consequences caused by crisis phenomena, and determine the need to create new systems, as well as improve mechanisms enterprise management. The essence of the concept of "intellectual potential" of the enterprise, the main characteristics, structure and barriers that stand in the way of the successful implementation of the system of goals of innovative development of the enterprise are revealed. It is the successful overcoming of these barriers that will testify to the effectiveness of the company's innovative policy. Modern operating conditions of innovative and active entrepreneurship require the creation of adequate economic and organizational support for the process of forming the innovative potential of industrial enterprises, which ensures the development of personnel potential, contractual and financial activities. The only prerequisite for the survival of a modern organization in a tough competitive environment is to ensure its innovative development as a way of economic growth. Turbulence processes associated with rapid, unforeseeable changes in the external and internal environment encourage management entities to improve innovative activities based on the search for effective forms of use and methods of managing intellectual potential, which are inexhaustible sources of continuous development and adaptation to requirements. market. It should be noted that the creation, expansion and implementation of this resource is possible only in the long term, which actualizes the study of intellectual potential as a basic component in the strategy of innovative development of the organization. The current stage of economic development is closely related to the use of intellectual resources, in particular intellectual capital, intellectual labor and intellectual products, which, in turn, can also be used as innovative means of production.
