До питання про солідаризацію понять "циркулярна економіка" і "сталий розвиток" в парадигмі сталості : корпоративна соціальна відповідальність й еко-інновації в центрі R -стратегій бізнес-діяльності

Abstract

Мета статті полягає у виокремленні форм взаємозалежності циркулярної економіки та сталого розвитку в парадигмі сталості й ідентифікації функцій, які відтворює циркулярна економіка. Цілепокладання циркулярної економіки визначено крізь цілепокладання запроваджуваних R-стратегій скорочення обсягів використовуваних ресурсів і матеріалів, що підвищують процеси циркулярності у виробничому ланцюжку. Циркулярна економіка представлена як практичне вирішення проблеми сталості, хоча при цьому визнано, що запропонований в її межах інструментарій недостатній до розв'язання накопичених проблем. На основі методології інституціонально-еволюційної економічної теорії, одним із методологічних принципів якої виступає принцип вивчення інститутів у процесі їхнього розвитку, в тому числі, шляхом встановлення співвідношення між формальними і неформальними інституційними рамками, встановленими у відповідь на актуальні виклики, що породжують вкорінення новітніх суспільних цінностей, встановлено нагальність дослідження циркулярної економіки крізь призму соціально-економічного інституту корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (корпоративної соціальної діяльності, корпоративної соціальної сприйнятливості). Встановлено, що циркулярна економіка є невід'ємною складовою амбітної концепції сталого розвитку, а її завданням є відокремлення економічного зростання від екстенсивного споживання природних ресурсів. Попри те, що одна із відмінностей концепції циркулярної економіки і концепції сталого розвитку полягає в тому, що соціальні аспекти сталого розвитку в концепті циркулярної економіки здебільшого недооцінені в частині тих, що досліджують шляхи покращенні рівня та якості життя населення, запропонований нами підхід до виокремлення цілепокладання циркулярної економіки з позицій R-стратегій бізнес-діяльності, дозволив продемонструвати потенціал солідаризації цих понять через розгляд новітніх соціальних паттернів суспільства, які, відтворюючи його ціннісні орієнтири, поступово проходять процес вкорінення у бізнес-процеси і корегують поведінкові споживчі реакції. The purpose of the article is to highlight the forms of interdependence of the circular economy and sustainable development in the paradigm of sustainability and identify the functions reproduced by the circular economy. The goal-setting of the circular economy is defined through the goal-setting of the introduced R-strategies to reduce the volume of resources and materials used, which increase the processes of circularity in the production chain. The circular economy is presented as a practical solution to the problem of permanence, although it is recognized that the tools proposed within it are insufficient to solve the accumulated problems. Based on the methodology of institutionalevolutionary economic theory, one of the methodological principles of which is the principle of studying institutions in the process of their development, including by establishing a relationship between formal and informal institutional frameworks developed in response to current challenges that give rise to the rooting of the latest social values., the need to study the circular economy through the prism of the socio-economic institution of corporate social responsibility (corporate social activity, corporate social susceptibility) is established. It has been established that the circular economy is an integral part of the ambitious concept of sustainable development, its task is to separate economic growth from the extensive consumption of natural resources. Despite the fact that one of the differences between the concept of the circular economy and the concept of sustainable development is that the social aspects of sustainable development in the concept of the circular economy are mostly underestimated in terms of those studying ways to improve the level and quality of life of the population, our approach to highlighting the goal-setting of the circular economy. economics from the standpoint of R-strategies of business activity made it possible to demonstrate the potential for the solidarity of these concepts through consideration of the latest social patterns of society. It has been established that in the process of transformation of value orientations, the process of introducing new business models into entrepreneurial practice and the process of correcting behavioral consumer reactions are gradually taking place. It has been established that the circular economy focuses on sustainable green economic growth, while the target model of sustainable development implies the sustainable development of society, measured in the 17 SDG goal-setting system. A set of drivers for the development of productive forces becomes a kind of common denominator of the circular economy and sustainable development, which include: the development of new equipment, technology, scientific and technological progress; improvement of the organization and management of production; use of the potential of the service market; allround human development; development of education, science.
