Сучасний стан та проблеми інноваційного розвитку вітчизняних суб'єктів підприємництва в кризових умовах

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано тенденції інноваційного розвитку суб'єктів підприємництва України та проведено аналіз закордонного досвіду щодо інноваційного розвитку суб'єктів підприємництва. Обгрунтовано, що в сучасних умовах саме інноваційний розвиток виступає запорукою підвищення ефективності діяльності суб'єктів підприємництва та необхідною умовою забезпечення стійкості й успішності їх функціонування у довгостроковій перспективі. Визначено сутність системного підходу до управління інноваційною діяльністю суб'єктів підприємництва, обгрунтовано доцільність застосування саме системного підходу до управління інноваційною діяльністю підприємства. Побудовано модель управління інноваційною діяльністю, представлену у вигляді комплексу взаємопов'язаних компонентів: зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище, вхід у систему, вихід системи. Визначено актуальні проблеми забезпечення інноваційного розвитку вітчизняних суб'єктів підприємництва та особливості інноваційного розвитку в кризових умовах функціонування. The article analyzes the trends of innovative development of Ukrainian business entities and analyzes foreign experience regarding the activation of innovative development of business entities. It is substantiated that in modern conditions it is innovative development that acts as a guarantee of increasing the enterprise's efficiency the and a necessary condition for ensuring the stability and success of its operation in the long term. The main approaches to defining the essence of "innovative development" the concept were analyzed and it was substantiated that in modern conditions it is innovative development that acts as a guarantee of increasing the enterprise's efficiency and a necessary condition for ensuring the stability and success of its operation in the long term. The work identified the problems of Ukrainian business entities innovative development, its current state and pace. Based on the study of the current state and trends of Ukrainian business entities innovative development, the prospects for increasing their innovative activity were determined. Prospective directions of Ukrainian business entities innovative development are given, each of which was considered separately and in detail. The role of the system approach to the management of the innovative activity of the enterprise is substantiated, and the essence of the innovative activity management system is defined, as a combination of process, functional and integration subsystems based on direct and feedback links, as well as relationships with the external environment during the innovative activity of the enterprise. A model of the innovative activity management system was built, presented in the form of a complex of interconnected components: external and internal environment, input into the system, output from the system. A set of external and internal factors that should be taken into account when performing the functions of managing innovative activities is given. Current problems of ensuring innovative development of domestic business entities and features of innovative development in crisis conditions of operation are determined.
