Особливості розвитку локальної ідентичності ОТГ в умовах війни в Україні

Abstract

У цьому дослідженні розглядаються особливості розвитку локальної ідентичності під час повномасштабної війни в Україні. Актуальність дослідження підкреслюється тезою, що розвиток локальної ідентичності на рівні територіальних громад є нематеріальним ресурсом для формування спроможності громад. Серед науковців існує дискусія щодо ролі локальної ідентичності в громаді та її взаємозв›язку з національною ідентичністю. Для розкриття предмету дослідження було визначено наступні цілі: охарактеризувати особливості розвитку локальної ідентичності ОТГ в умовах війни в Україні, а також, показати, що локальна ідентичність є складовою національної ідентичності; визначити чинники, що впливають на розвиток локальної ідентичності громад в умовах зовнішніх загроз. Серед методів дослідження варто відзначити загальнонаукові методи, серед яких аналіз та синтез, метод узагальнення. Основним методом доведення гіпотези дослідження стало експертне опитування представників громад чотирьох районів Миколаївської області. У результаті дослідження було зроблено висновки, що рівень локальної ідентичності в громадах Миколаївської області перед зовнішньою загрозою значно підвищився у зв’язку із прагненням громадян захищати свої домівки, свою громаду, свою державу. Громадяни почали активно об›єднуватися у волонтерські організації, виступати надійними партнерамидляорганів публічноївладив процесі реалізації політики соціальної підтримки для вразливих верств населення. Звідси випливає, що локальна ідентичність є складовою національної ідентичності. Отже, в результаті дослідження гіпотеза повністю підтвердилося. Для подальших досліджень науковцям варто звернути увагу на створення механізмів відновлення локальної ідентичності у деокупованих територіях. This research reveals the peculiarities of the development of local identity during the full-scale war in Ukraine. The relevance of the research is emphasized by the thesis that the development of local identity at the level of territorial communities is an intangible resource for building community capacity. There is a debate among scientists about the role of local identity in the community and its relationship with national identity. The researcher defined the following goals for the disclosure of the subject of the study. This is to characterize the peculiarities of the development of the local identity of the UTC in the conditions of the war in Ukraine. Also, to show that the local identity is a component of the national identity and to determine the factors affecting the development of the local identity of communities in the conditions of external threats. Among the research methods, it is worth noting general scientifi methods, including analysis and synthesis, the method of generalization. The main method of proving the research hypothesis was an expert survey of community representatives of four districts of the Mykolaiv region. As a result of the study, it was established that in the face of an external threat, the level of local identity in the communities of the Mykolaiv region increased significantly due to the desire of citizens to protect their homes, their communities, and their state. Citizens began to unite actively in volunteer organizations, to act as reliable partners for public authorities in the process of implementing the policy of social support for vulnerable sections of the population. It follows that local identity is a component of national identity. So, as a result of the study, the hypothesis was fully confirmed. For further research, scientists should pay attention to the creation of mechanisms for restoring local identity in de-occupied territories.
