The collective monograph examines contemporary transformations of the European security, political, and economic landscape amid profound geopolitical changes resulting from Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the transformation of the European Union, its security and defence policy, economic security and sanctions policy, as well as evolving EU relations with Ukraine and other international actors. Particular attention is paid to the emergence of a new European security architecture, the strengthening of the European Union’s strategic autonomy, the development of the Common Security and Defence Policy, responses to contemporary hybrid threats, and the enhancement of economic resilience. Individual chapters explore the historical, political, economic, and institutional dimensions of these processes, offering an integrated understanding of Europe’s ongoing transformation and its implications for Ukraine. The monograph is intended for scholars, university lecturers, students, and experts in international relations, European integration, security studies, and public policy, as well as for all those interested in contemporary transformations of the European Union and the development of Ukraine–EU relations. The authors of the sections are responsible for the reliability of the results.uk_UA
