Управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств аграрного сектору

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність категорії "фінансові ресурси". Визначено, що фінанси підприємств відіграють значну роль у структурі фінансових відносин суспільства. Доведено, що фінансові ресурси сільськогосподарського підприємства є сукупністю грошових коштів у фондовій або матеріальній формі, що були призначені для виконання фінансових зобов'язань, здійснення поточних витрат і витрат на забезпечення розширеного відтворення. Фінансові ресурси генерують у собі грошові фонди, а також ту частину грошових коштів, що використовується підприємством у не фондовій формі. Розглянуто структуру фінансових ресурсів, їх джерела походження та ефективне спрямування для забезпечення максимальної фінансової ефективності підприємства. Авторами досліджено чинники, що негативно впливають на ефективне використання капіталу для примноження фінансових ресурсів аграрного сектору економіки України. Надано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами на аграрних підприємствах для забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності. Було запропоновано пошук альтернатив примноження фінансових ресурсів для ефективного управління фінансовими потоками аграрних підприємств. The article examines the essence of the category "financial resources". The article is devoted to the analysis of financial resources as an economic category. In modern business conditions, financial resources are of significant importance in the overall efficiency of an enterprise's activity. The agricultural sector occupies a strategic position in the economy of any state, since agriculture acts as the main productive system that ensures uninterrupted provision of food and basic necessities to citizens. It was determined that the finances of enterprises play a significant role in the structure of financial relations of society. Reforming agriculture, its transition from a deep crisis to dynamic economic growth requires the search for new sources of financing and modern methods of managing the financial flows of agricultural enterprises in every region of Ukraine. Financial resources generate cash funds, as well as the part of cash used by the enterprise in a non-fund form. It has been proven that the financial resources of an agricultural enterprise are a set of funds in the form of stock or material, which were intended for the fulfillment of financial obligations, the implementation of current expenses and expenses for ensuring extended reproduction. The structure of financial resources, their sources of origin and effective direction to ensure the maximum financial efficiency of the enterprise are considered. The authors investigated the factors that negatively affect the effective use of capital to increase the financial resources of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy. These parameters characterize the state of agricultural production and change annually depending on a number of factors, the main of which is financial support. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of financial resource management at agricultural enterprises to ensure their competitiveness. It was proposed to search for alternatives to increase financial resources for effective management of financial flows of agricultural enterprises. However, there is still no scientifically-theoretically and methodologically justified solution to the question of methods of forming financial flows of agricultural enterprises in the region and the mechanism of increasing the efficiency of their management.
