Вплив домашнього насильства на розвиток суспільства та соціальних відносин

Abstract

У статті розкривається поняття домашнього насильства, аналізуються види домашнього насильства, докладно розглядаються чинники, що викликають домашнє насильство. Проведено історико-порівняльний правовий аналіз існуючих наукових підходів до природи та змісту феномену насильства, як такого та домашнього насильства зокрема. Звертається увага на феноменологічний опис домашнього насильства як предмета дослідження. Надається загальна характеристика інституту сім'ї та шлюбу, а також сімейно-побутових відносин як найважливіших факторів, що формують поведінку людини у сфері суспільного життя. Відображено погляди вчених, що вказують на еволюційний характер феномена домашнього насильства через призму різних галузей знання. Визначено що виникаючі деформації відносин між членами сім'ї, які виявляються у різних формах: від образ і побоїв до серйозної шкоди здоров'ю, смерті чи самогубства, і дедалі частіше впроваджуються у суспільство. Насильство в сім'ї стало серйозною масштабною проблемою, що породжує безліч різних соціальних та соціологічних проблем: зниження самооцінки, втрата впевненості в собі, формування неврозів, наявність депресивного стану, токсикоманія, спотворення реалістичних сприйняття, створення спотвореного "портрета" партнера, себе та своїх особливостей, а також наявність симптомів посттравматичного стресового розладу. Насильство не повинно бути пов'язане лише з фізичною агресією і зводитися лише до фізичного насильства над жертвою. Форми прояву домашнього насильства — фізична, сексуальна, психологічна та економічна, які повністю збігаються з формами прояву домашнього насильства. The article reveals the concept of domestic violence, analyzes the types of domestic violence, examines in detail the factors that cause domestic violence. A historical and comparative legal analysis of the existing scientific approaches to the nature and content of the phenomenon of violence, as such and domestic violence in particular, was conducted. Attention is drawn to the phenomenological description of domestic violence as a subject of research. A general description of the institution of family and marriage, as well as family-domestic relations as the most important factors shaping human behavior in the sphere of social life, is provided. The views of scientists are reflected, indicating the evolutionary nature of the phenomenon of domestic violence through the prism of various fields of knowledge. There are deformations of relations between family members, which manifest themselves in various forms: from insults and beatings to serious damage to health, death or suicide, and are increasingly introduced into society. Violence in the family has become a serious large-scale problem, which gives rise to many different social and sociological problems: a decrease in self-esteem, loss of self-confidence, the formation of neuroses, the presence of a depressive state, drug addiction, distortion of realistic perceptions, creation of a distorted "portrait" of a partner, oneself and one's own features, as well as the presence of symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. Violence should not be connected only with physical aggression and should be reduced only to physical violence against the victim. The forms of manifestation of domestic violence are physical, sexual, psychological and economic, which completely coincide with the forms of manifestation of domestic violence. Also, the period of radical changes in the social system is particularly clearly revealed in the article, i.e. they are associated with a violation of the established order, manifestations of chaos and are expressed, for example, in the growth of social aggressiveness among individuals unprepared for these changes. In other words, in the event of social tensions arising as a result of, for example, economic crises, rising unemployment or military operations, there will be a surge in family violence.
