Пропозиції щодо оцінки факторів впливу на розвиток зовнішньої торгівлі України

Abstract

Узагальнено та уточнено основні фактори впливу на розвиток зовнішньої торгівлі України. До них віднесено: обсяг експорту сировини (ES); обсяг експорту продуктів переробки (EPP); кількість підприємств, що займалися інноваційною діяльністю (ID); валовий внутрішній продукт (VVP). Побудована багатофакторна регресійна лінійна модель залежності факторів була обчислена за допомогою пакету Statgraphics Centurion, яка є статистично якісною. За допомогою методів регресійного аналізу проаналізовано виокремлені фактори впливу. Встановлено, що найбільш впливовий фактор — обсяг експорту продуктів переробки, а найменш значимий — обсяг ВВП. Систематизовано отримані результати, завдяки чому обгрунтовано пропозиції щодо оцінки факторів впливу на розвиток зовнішньої торгівлі України. Доведено, що для вирішення більшої частини наявних проблем та подолання зазначених перешкод щодо розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі України, необхідно сформувати певні засади взаємодії макро- та мікро- рівня щодо забезпечення розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі. Обгрунтовано окреслену взаємодію та представлено у вигляді таблиці, в якій певна дія суб'єкта зовнішньоекономічної діяльності відповідає певним заходам з боку державної влади. The main influencing factors on the development of Ukraine's foreign trade are summarized and clarified. These include: volume of raw materials export (ES); volume of export of processing products (EPP); the number of enterprises engaged in innovative activities (ID); gross domestic product (GDP). The constructed multivariate linear regression model of the dependence of the factors was calculated using the Statgraphics Centurion package, which is statistically qualitative. With the help of regression analysis methods, isolated influencing factors were analyzed.Since χ1 calculated in 16.14 > tabular (16.9), the value W = 0.583 is not random, and therefore the obtained results make sense and can be used in further research. It was established that the most influential factor is the volume of export of processing products, and the least significant is the volume of GDP. The obtained results were systematized, thanks to which the proposals regarding the assessment of factors influencing the development of foreign trade of Ukraine were substantiated. It has been proven that in order to solve most of the existing problems and overcome the mentioned obstacles regarding the development of Ukraine's foreign trade, it is necessary to form certain principles of macro- and micro-level interaction to ensure the development of foreign trade. The outlined interaction is substantiated and presented in the form of a table, in which a certain action of the subject of foreign economic activity corresponds to certain measures of the state authorities.Thus, in order to ensure the development of Ukraine's foreign trade, it is necessary to enshrine the state development strategy at the legislative level, to coordinate the development of specific enterprises with the priority areas of foreign trade, to implement measures to create prerequisites for the proper level of development of foreign trade in the state.As a direction of further research, it is advisable to indicate the need to develop a procedure for improving Ukraine's foreign trade with EU countries in the conditions of Russia's military aggression.
