Потенціал оцінювання вартості агробізнесу в контексті розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в аграрному секторі економіки

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню питань оцінювання вартості агробізнесу в контексті розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в аграрному секторі економіки регіону та потенціалу формування зовнішньоекономічних зв'язків у сільськогосподарському виробництві на прикладі Київської області. Сьогодні важливою складовою регіонального розвитку є ефективна реалізація економічного потенціалу, в тому числі і за рахунок становлення та розвитку зовнішньоекономічних зв'язків, тому проблеми формування зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в різних галузях економіки набувають особливої актуальності. Необхідність визначення потенціалу розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в регіональному аспекті обгрунтовується різними умовами функціонування суб'єктів господарювання. Результати: у статті розкрито сутність та значимість зовнішньоекономічної діяльності для економічного розвитку регіону, проведено SWOT-аналіз розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в аграрному секторі Київської області, визначено потенціал зовнішньоекономічної діяльності галузей сільського господарства в умовах регіону, внаслідок чого визначено перспективні галузі та напрямки розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності у сільському господарстві регіону. The article is devoted to the study of assessing the value of agribusiness in the context of foreign economic activity in the agricultural sector of the region and the potential for foreign economic relations in agricultural production on the example of Kyiv region. Today, an important component of regional development is the effective realization of economic potential, including through the formation and development of foreign economic relations, so the problems of foreign economic activity in various sectors of the economy become especially relevant. The need to determine the development potential of foreign economic activity in the regional aspect is justified by different conditions of operation of economic entities. Results: the article reveals the essence and significance of foreign economic activity for economic development of the region, SWOTanalysis of foreign economic activity in the agricultural sector of Kyiv region, identifies the potential of foreign economic activity of agricultural sectors in the region. agriculture of the region. The research shows the need to promote and stimulate the development of foreign economic activity in agriculture in the region. In general, the region has a favorable environment for the development of external relations, there is administrative support, but there is no experience of cooperation in the field of export of agricultural raw materials and food. Therefore, today the region needs a coordination center for the development of foreign economic relations in agriculture, which will provide comprehensive support for the formation of external relations in the industry. It was found that if the necessary conditions are created, the agricultural sector of the economy can effectively develop and increase production. A few years ago, the development of production on the basis of marketing was an unrealistic and unfeasible condition for improving production efficiency. Today, marketing is developing dynamically, increasing the competitiveness of products, expanding its range and retail chains. In this situation, it is necessary to create conditions based on the improvement of administrative levers and economic incentives. Given the natural conditions of Kyiv region, the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex may conduct foreign economic activities not related to the products produced, for example, to organize tourist trips or construction of recreational facilities with foreign capital on their territory.
