Значення колективних засобів розміщення та готельної індустрії у розвитку сфери туризму України

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано діяльність колективних засобів розміщення України за допомогою статичних даних. Визначено регіони лідери за кількістю колективних засобів розміщення в Україні. Встановлено, що стрімке зниження колективних засобів розміщення (КЗР) в Україні за досліджуваний період свідчить про негативний вплив чинників зовнішнього середовища функціонування подібних засобів, зокрема, протиепідеміологічних заходів запобігання коронавірусній інфекції COVID-19. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану готельної індустрії в Україні. Виявлено, що відбувається укрупнення КЗР за рахунок поглинання збанкрутілих суб'єктів, що підтверджується проведеними розрахунками. Аналіз основних показників діяльності КЗР дав змогу встановити скорочення числа відвідувачів КЗР, іноземних громадян, що є наслідком глобальної кризи, викликаної пандемією та іншими негативними чинниками сучасного етапу розвитку ринкових відносин в країні. У статті висвітлено поняття готелю та готельного бізнесу. Визначено та сформовано особливості діяльності закладів готельного бізнесу. Виявлено основні фактори, які стримують динамічний розвиток готельного бізнесу. На основі методів економічного аналізу визначено перспективи та шляхи розвитку готельного бізнесу в Україні. While undergoing his research it was found that tourism has become an important socio-economic phenomenon in the modern world, with a crucial influence on the country's economy. Globalization processes in international tourism is best exemplified in the tourism sector, where hotel chains are expanding and developing rapidly. It was established a fact that Ukraine has all the possibilities for successful and dynamic development of both the tourist sector and hotel industries. The activities of collective accommodation facilities in Ukraine have been analysed with the aid of statistical data. The leaders regions were identified for the number of collective accommodation facilities in Ukraine. It has been established that undergo rapid declines in collective accommodation facilities (CSR) in Ukraine during the researched testifies to the negative impact of factors in the external environment in which such means operate, in particular, anti-epidemic measures for preventing coronavirus infection COVID-19. The analysis of the current state of the hotel industry in Ukraine was carried out. It has been found that the CSR is being enlarged through by absorption of failed entities, as confirmed by the calculations made. An analysis of the main indicators of activities of the CSR revealed a declining trend in the number of visitors to the CSR, foreign nationals, as a result of the global crisis caused by the pandemic and other negative factors of the current stage of development of market relations in the country. The article reflects the concepts of hotel and hotel business. The features of the hotel business establishments have been defined and formed. The domestic hotel industry has been established and is undergoing qualitative changes in terms of cultural and technical development, service diversity and comfort, and in improving the technological processes of service, however, the dynamic development of the industry is constrained by a number of factors. On the basis of the methods of economic analysis the prospects and ways of development of the hotel business in Ukraine are determined. It has been established that increasing the efficiency of management of the hotel business in Ukraine, strengthening the level of development of hotel enterprises, improving the system of State regulation of the hotel business, the development of hotel services markets will further improve the performance of the tourism industry.
