Екосистема і циркулярна економіка : іманентний взаємозв'язок

Abstract

Глобальна гіперконкуренція передбачає створення нових схем бізнес"кооперації між економічними суб'єктами. Однією з форм організації та підтримки підприємництва, яка зможе забезпечити координацію процесу взаємодії суб'єктів господарювання на шляху від загальної конкуренції до загальної кооперації, є підприємницька екосистема. У статті встановлено, що концепція екосистем грунтується на положеннях організаційної екології, неоінституційної теорії та теорії динамічних здатностей підприємства. Досліджено різні теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття "екосистема", на основі чого запропоноване авторське трактування. Обгрунтовано, що екосистема забезпечує оптимальні шляхи та дієві інструменти інноваційно-економічного зростання на принципах циркулярної економіки. Розкрито взаємозалежність екосистеми та економічних детермінант. Охарактеризовано принципи екосистеми, які передбачають нові підходи до виробництва, впровадження інформаційних технологій у промисловість, автоматизацію бізнес-процесів та поширення штучного інтелекту. Детерміновано, що модель промислової екосистеми є синтезом мережевих, кластерних та інших моделей, об'єднаних на основі ефективної взаємодії учасників. Розкрито особливості акторів та пейсмейкера екосистеми, що створює багатоаспектну узгоджену співпрацю між учасниками екосистеми. Окреслено стратегічні вектори, які впливають на ефективність імплементації екосистем, створюють синергетичні ефекти коопераційних зв'язків та підвищують мотивацію персоналу. Global hypercompetition involves the creation of new schemes of business cooperation between economic entities. Entrepreneurial ecosystem is one of the forms of entrepreneurship organization and support. It ensures the coordination of the process of economic entities interaction on the way from general competition to general cooperation. It is outlined that ecosystem involves the enterprises digital transformation, stimulating innovation, employees intellectual and professional growth, business processes modernization in accordance with the conditions of the circular economy. The article establishes that ecosystem concept is based on the provisions of organizational ecology, neo-institutional theory and the theory of enterprise dynamic capabilities. Various theoretical approaches to the definition of "ecosystem" concept have been studied, that enabled to propose the author's interpretation. It is substantiated that the ecosystem provides optimal ways and effective tools of innovation and economic growth on the principles of circular economy. A comparative analysis of the actors' interaction in the industrial sphere is carried out. The ecosystem fundamental distinctive features as a new organizational and managerial model that provide interfacing in the process of economic growth and sustainability are revealed. It is substantiated that ecosystem provides optimal ways and effective tools of innovation and economic growth on the principles of circular economy. The interdependence of ecosystem and economic determinants is revealed. The principles of ecosystems are described. The principles provide new approaches to production, introduction of information technologies, business processes automation and the spread of artificial intelligence. It is identified that the lack of a specific governing body and equal opportunities for all participants are the key differences between ecosystems, clusters and networks. It is determined that the model of industrial ecosystem is a synthesis of network, cluster and other models, combined on the basis of effective interaction of participants. The peculiarities of ecosystem actors and pacemaker are revealed. It creates a multifaceted coordinated cooperation between ecosystem actors. Strategic vectors that influence the effectiveness of ecosystem implementation, create synergetic effects of cooperation and increase staff motivation are outlined.
