Сучасний світ «ідеального шторму» та «мережі фортець» : рефлексії інтелектуалів

Abstract

Констатуємо ідейно-змістову спорідненість між ідеями, що містяться у промові Ж. Борреля та есе Ю. Харарі, текстах філософів-метамодерністів стосовно сучасного світу. Вони тісно перегукуються з теоретичною думкою миротворчої традиції XVII – XVIII ст. Публічні тексти сучасних інтелектуалів співзвучні у тому, що кризи останніх десятиліть лише посили колективне бажання світової спільноти в напрямі пошуку нових форм, способів тощо якіснішого співіснування. Цінності та інституції постмодерну вичерпали свій потенціал. Вони мають поступитися новим принципам світопорядку, що ґрунтуються на нових засадах мислення, сприйняття, реагування на виклики тощо. Одним із таких, на наше переконання, може бути принцип комплементарності (взаємодоповнення). В інтерпретації Ж. Борреля – «емпатії», Ю. Харарі – «між патріотизмом та глобалізмом відсутній внутрішній дисонанс». У розмінні метамодерністів – «відродження щирості, надії, романтизму, емоційності та потенціалу до величних наративів та універсальних істин, не відкидаючи все те, чому ми навчилися завдяки постмодернізму». На нашу думку, «ідеальний шторм», «крах «нового миру»» як для дипломатів, так і для істориків, філософів-метамодерністів – не лише стан сучасного світу, а і час, в якому «дух епохи постійно кує нове». Долаючи коливання, невизначеність тощо, європейська і світова політика формує реальність, яка, сподіваємось, буде якісно краща за попередню, в якій мир стане справжньою цінністю, а не інструментом маніпуляцій. We establish the ideological and substantive affinity between the ideas contained in J. Borrell’s speech and Y. Harari’s essay, the texts of metamodernist philosophers regarding the modern world. They closely echo the theoretical thought of the peacemaking tradition of the 17th – 18th centuries. The public texts of contemporary intellectuals are consistent in that the crises of recent decades have only strengthened the collective desire of the world community in the direction of finding new forms, methods, etc. of higher quality coexistence. Postmodern values and institutions have exhausted their potential. They have to yield to new principles of the world order based on new basics of thinking, perception, response to challenges, etc. One of these, in our opinion, can be the principle of complementarity (mutual complementarity). In the interpretation of J. Borrell is «empathy», Y. Harari «there is no contradiction between such globalism and patriotism». In the understanding of metamodernists is «the resurgence of sincerity, hope, romanticism, affect, and the potential for grand narratives and universal truths, whilst not forfeiting all that we’ve learnt from postmodernism». In our opinion, the «perfect storm», «the collapse of the «new peace»» for both diplomats and historians, metamodernist philosophers is not only the state of the contemporary world, but also the time in which «the spirit of the age constantly forges something new». By overcoming fluctuations, uncertainty, etc., European and world politics are forming a reality that, we hope, will be qualitatively better than the previous one, in which peace will become a real value and not a tool of manipulation.
