Abstract: В статті розкрито роль держави в управлінні екосистемами в умовах формування сучасної цифрової економіки. Методологія дослідження передбачає використання екосистемного методу, який полягає у вивченні господарської діяльності економічних суб'єктів як реакції на навколишнє середовище. Прийняття рішень у господарській діяльності визначається формальними нормами та контрактними домовленостями, закладеними інститутами і контрактами, а також організаційними рутинами, які формуються як стійкі практики економічних агентів в умовах, що стрімко змінюються. Цифрове середовище цифровими та інформаційно-комунікаційними технологіями охоплює економічних суб'єктів, поєднує їх, визначає організаційні рутини, що використовуються в екосистемах. Зроблено акцент та розкрито взаємозв'язок між екосистемами на мезо- та макрорівні. Виділено підходи до державного регулювання екосистем. Визначається складна тасуперечлива специфіка державного регулювання екосистем в умовах формування сучасної цифрової економіки. Специфіка застосування заходів регулювання щодо середовища екосистем пов'язана з прямим та непрямим впливом на три рівня середовища: культурне, інституційне та цифрове. The role of the state in ecosystem management in the conditions of the formation of a modern digital economy is revealed in the article. The research methodology involves the use of the ecosystem method, which consists in considering the economic activity of economic entities as a reaction to the environment. Decision-making in economic activity is determined by formal norms and contractual agreements established by institutions and contracts, as well as organizational routines that are formed as sustainable practices of economic agents in rapidly changing conditions. The digital environment, through digital and information and communication technologies, encompasses economic entities, connects them, and determines the organizational routines used in ecosystems. The relationship between ecosystems at the meso- and macro-levels is revealed. Approaches to state regulation of ecosystems are highlighted. The complex and contradictory specifics of state regulation of ecosystems in the conditions of the modern digital economy formation are determined. The specifics of the application of regulatory measures regarding the ecosystem environment are associated with direct and indirect impact on three levels of the environment (cultural, institutional and digital).
