Abstract: The need to study emotional burnout in the professional sphere is related to the determination of the relationship between the features of the course of emotional and mental burnout and the gender characteristics of the individual. Carried out a theoretical analysis of the essence of the concept of stress and the relationship between stress and personality traits, the concept of professional stress, mental exhaustion and emotional burnout, gender characteristics, the phenomenological aspect of stress resistance, individualpersonal factors and gender characteristics of stress. The specifics of the manifestation of stress resistance, the relationship between personality traits and professional stress, depending on gender have been investigated. The Program for the formation of stress resistance in university teaching staff in order to prevent conflicts in professional activities have been formed. The gender characteristics of the stress resistance manifestation as qualities of emotional intelligence have been established.

Title: Digital resources for enhancing students' pragmatic competence in foreign language learning
Authors: Yakymenko, P.; Orlova, N.; Ketsyk-Zinchenko, U.; Ababilova, N.; Chaika, O.
Abstract: The content and components of pragmatic competence of students when learning a foreign language are revealed. The content of sociopragmatic and pragmalinguistic competence is substantiated. The main tasks of digital resources that ensure the development of pragmatic competence are identified in terms of content. The results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment showed an insufficient level of formation of pragmatic competence of students, which made it possible to establish factors that influence the formation and development of pragmatic competence of students, outline a range of practical and theoretical problems, develop a system, determine and substantiate pedagogical conditions, and implement a special course. After the formative stage of the experiment, the indicators of the high level of formation of pragmatic competence of students using digital resources when learning a foreign language significantly increased in EG students; respectively, the indicators of the low level significantly decreased. In CG, these changes are not significant. Thus, the results of the formative stage of the experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the developed system for the formation of pragmatic competence using digital resources when learning a foreign language, the proposed and substantiated p edagogical conditions, and the developed and implemented special course.

Martial Law and Transformation of the Social Security System : Issues of Equality and Access to Assistance for Internally Displaced Persons and the Population of Occupied Territories

Title: Martial Law and Transformation of the Social Security System : Issues of Equality and Access to Assistance for Internally Displaced Persons and the Population of Occupied Territories
Authors: Valetska, O.; Arsentieva, O.; Zholudieva, V.; Yurovskа, V.; Ternushchak, M.
Abstract: The article examines the transformation processes in the social security system of Ukraine under martial law caused by the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to ensure equality and justice in the distribution of social assistance among internally displaced persons and the population of temporarily occupied territories. It is noted that military actions have become a catalyst for profound structural changes in the field of social protection, which are manifested in the transition from traditional support mechanisms to digital and crisis-oriented social policy instruments. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the social security system of Ukraine during martial law, identify key problems in ensuring equality and accessibility of social assistance, and develop proposals for improving state policy in this area. The methodological basis is made up of general scientific and special-legal methods, in particular: systemic, comparative-legal, formal-legal, structural-functional and content analysis. Empirical materials, statistical data and judicial practice on the implementation of social rights of IDPs and citizens from occupied territories were used. The results of the study showed that the existing model of social security during martial law retains signs of fragmentation and inequality in access to assistance. The digitalization of social services (in particular, through the "Diya" application) has significantly increased the efficiency of accounting and payments, but at the same time created barriers for vulnerable groups-the elderly, people without access to the Internet and residents of remote or occupied territories. The problem of social integration of internally displaced persons requires special attention, since state policy is currently focused mainly on short-term financial payments, and not on sustainable mechanisms for employment, housing support or social adaptation. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive analysis of the transformation of Ukraine's social policy during martial law, taking into account the factors of territorial isolation and digital inequality. Conceptual directions for reforming the social security system are proposed, based on the principles of inclusiveness, intersectoral interaction, and international cooperation.

The true orthodox church in the scientific discourse of the second half of the 20th – the first quarter of the 21st century

Title: The true orthodox church in the scientific discourse of the second half of the 20th – the first quarter of the 21st century
Authors: Trygub, O.; Buhlai, N.
Abstract: The phenomenon of the True Orthodox Church (TOC), also known as the "catacomb church", belongs to the complex and controversial plots of the history of Orthodoxy in the 20th century, as it arose in the context of the radical transformation of state-church relations after the 1917 revolution and the formation of opposition among some of the clergy and laity to the policy of loyalty of Moscow Patriarchate towards the Soviet government. The long-term illegal existence of underground Orthodox communities, the limited nature of the source base, and the ideological bias of early research led to the uneven development of scientific understanding of this phenomenon. The purpose of the article is to critically analyze the main stages and directions of studying the True Orthodox Church, to compare key research approaches, and to identify prospects for further studies. The methodological basis of the study is a complex of principles of historicism, problematics, and interdisciplinarity using special historical methods-historical comparative, problematic chronological, and historiographic analysis. The scientific novelty of the article consists in the systematization of the main directions of studying the TOC in the Soviet, Russian, and Ukrainian historiography, a critical comparison oftheirmethodological approaches and source capabilities, as well as in determining the specifics of the Ukrainian research tradition formation in this area. Conclusions. The analysis of historiography shows that the study of the True Orthodox Church was formed gradually and unevenly. The Soviet historiography considered underground Orthodox groups mainly through the prism of the states' anti-religious policy and did not form a coherent scientific concept of the TOC, although it accumulated a significant empirical material. A new stage began after the opening of archives in the 1990s, when the Russian researchers introduced a significant array of documents of repressive bodies into scientific circulation and initiated a systematic study of the catacomb movement. Since the 1990s the Ukrainian historiography has gradually formed its own research tradition, based mainly on archival and investigative materials and regional studies. At the same time, the issue under study remains insufficiently generalized: a significant part of the sources has not yet been introduced into scientific circulation, and regional studies require synthetic understanding. Further studies should be aimed at expanding the source base, clarifying the conceptual and terminological apparatus, and creating generalizing studies that will enable scholars to make a holistic reconstruction of the history of the TOC in the context of church life in the Soviet era.
